As the President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Njowusi manages and directs the organization toward its objectives, establishes direction and long-range plans, strategy, policy, plans/directs negotiations, mergers and acquisitions of businesses, Joint Ventures.
He has a primary responsibility for the firm’s profitability and growth by managing and directing the organization toward its primary objectives. Dispenses advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans, standards, and procedures. Oversees the adequacy and soundness of the organization’s financial structure. Reviews the organization’s operating results, compares these to established objectives, and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
Philip Njowusi has a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University, Washington DC and ESADE Business School, Barcelona, Spain (also studied in Argentina, Brazil, India and Russia). He has a Certificate in Mergers & Acquisitions from McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University, Washington DC and obtained his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston, Houston, Texas. He is a Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
Mr. Okoh’s role spans the life of a project from pre-construction through construction completion and managing internal and external resources to achieve overall company and project deadlines. He helps identify and assess risk, manage expectations around cost, schedule, quality and feasibility through-out all phases of development to ensure the decisions made in concept become reality. His role also provide strategic leadership, direction, management and the vision necessary during construction to ensure the overall successful delivery of each project.
Responsibilities include establishing the associated budget and providing Value Engineering throughout the design process to maintain budget. He also provides schedule development and overall project tracking. He manages financial controls and accountability through project completion, reviews, verify and negotiate change orders as necessary as well as create and maintain strategic vendor/contractor relationships. He oversees development of site logistics, traffic control plans and all permits required to facilitate construction. He ensures compliance with company policies, safety program, procedures and all regulations. He assists with creating new guidelines based on lessons learned and best practices.
Uche Okoh holds a Masters degree in Organizational Management and HND degree in fine arts and design. He also has a Building and Construction certificate from Essex College as well as a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) certified Disaster Inspector.
Mr. Okoh was the President of Primerock Contractors, LLC in Baltimore, Maryland.
Ms. Glover has 18 years experience, 10 of which have been in Management positions. She is involved in planning and overseeing current and new market initiatives by developing and implementing growth opportunities within and between organizations. Creating long-term value for the organization from customers and markets to increase the value of current business relationships while attracting new ones. She is also relied upon for awareness of activities, projects, and issues, including potential opportunities for funding.
Her role also involves managing projects and activities for the board and senior staff. organize meetings and conference calls; review and manage contracts; and write correspondence and other communications.
Maria Glover holds an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK

Victor Isicheli holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Masters in Environmental Design from the University of Lagos.

Chukwujekwu Ugo Anedu holds a BSc and MSc in Architecture from Nnamdi Azikiwe University. He is certified in Energy Efficiency Building Design.
As a Business Analyst, Mr. Shehu creates detailed business analyses outlining problems and opportunities for a proposed business platform and assists in examining proposals from bidders. He is also responsible for the review and definition of business requirements and reports to all key stakeholders. Mr. Shehu also researches various marketing and advertising strategies for Senior Managers.
As IT Analyst, he supports the engagement to analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements and align these to the Service Catalogue. He performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships including identification of resources required for each task. He performs functional analysis to identify required tasks and their interrelationships, works with engineers on systems integration, deployment and optimization as well as support project status reporting including risk identification and mitigation efforts. He works with the support team, developers, engineers, managers and SMEs to obtain deep understanding of the product, documentation requirements and data analytics.
Sulee Stinson Clay, a Harvard Law alum, is the Chair of the Corporate Group and a Managing Partner at McKennon Shelton & Henn LLP Washington D.C, Metro area.
Ms. Clay is a business lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising companies, investors, institutional lenders, sponsors and entrepreneurs in the areas of corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, commercial transactions, secured and unsecured debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions, among others.
Ms. Clay also advises businesses across a variety of industries including technology, cannabis, global manufacturing, education, franchise and government contracting, and in many cases serves as outside general counsel.
Ms. Clay earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, Harvard College graduating magna cum laude.
Ms. Clay is a member of the District of Columbia and New York bars.
Dr. Enwemeka oversees a budget in excess of $350 million. As Provost, he leads Academic Affairs’ fundraising efforts; raising more than $200m in four years. Managed and balanced multimillion dollar budgets—unfailingly—each year for over 25 years. He is known for rectifying fiscal flaws and financial deficits. Dr. Enwemeka provides executive leadership over seven colleges, a branch campus, an overseas program, university research, the library, admissions and enrollment services, and dozens of centers.
Dr. Enwemeka chaired the NIH National Advisory Board on Medical Rehabilitation Research – a multidisciplinary team of consumer advocates, engineers, lawyers, physicians, surgeons, and scientists. Held a full two-year term as an elected President of the World Association for Laser Therapy, a multi-disciplinary international organization

GRN & CEE are headquartered in the Washington D.C. area and facilitate global operations, marketing and networking. Previously, Mr. Short served as the Team Lead on an Asian Development Bank (ADB) project to increase the effectiveness of regional security planning and cooperation among the smaller pacific island states. In this role he engaged governmental officials, the private sector and NGO’s in seven island states to identify areas for more effective regional cooperation and conducted a regional work shop to develop action plans for the initiatives.

Uloma has led high-impact finance and operations management transformations and achieved challenging program delivery objectives in the Africa, Middle East and North Africa, Europe and Asia regions.
She was until recently the Chief of party for a multi-million dollar election support USG funded project in Nigeria while supporting project implementations in the region (Liberia, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Zimbabwe etc) She has built a reputation as a trusted collaborator and business partner to donors, funders, host country government officials and other project stakeholders. She is known for her ability to manage and implement project budgets, achieving cost savings without compromising quality and standards and negotiating value for money in contracts and subcontracts. She is skilled in her ability to create audit-ready organizations. She has a preeminent focus on instituting strong internal controls and best practices in financial management, accounting and procurement to ensure high levels of compliance, risk management and project oversight.
Uloma holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, a diploma in Accounting and certifications in USAID Rules and Regulations, Procurement Planning and Execution, USAID Subcontracts Management, Preventing Fraud and Embezzlement in USAID Awards, Financial Management for USG Funding, Contract Management for NGOs, and Certificate in BRIDGE Facilitation.
